About Youl Built
Youl Built is a registered and insured residential building company based in the Warrnambool region, specialising in high-quality renovations, extensions and custom residential building projects.
Led by registered builder and carpenter Liam Youl, the business was created to offer homeowners a more personal, transparent and quality-focused building experience.
A hands-on builder with a focus on quality
Youl Built is built on the belief that good building work comes down to care, communication and attention to detail.
As a small building company, Liam takes a hands-on approach to every project, working closely with clients, trades and subcontractors to ensure the process is well-managed and the finished result is completed to a high standard.
The focus is not on volume work. It is on quality residential projects, strong client relationships and building work that is made to last.
Meet Liam Youl
Liam Youl is a registered builder and carpenter with 13 years of experience in the residential building industry.
Before starting Youl Built in early 2025, Liam worked across high-end residential new homes and renovation projects, developing a strong eye for detail and a genuine appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
That experience shaped the way Youl Built operates today: with a focus on well-planned projects, reliable communication, quality materials and a high standard of workmanship.
Liam is genuinely passionate about the building industry and is always open to new and better ways to build. He takes pride in the process, not just the finished product, and values working with clients who care about quality, trust and long-term results.
